Build Your Own Seismograph

Ellinogermaniki Agogi and the Institute of Geodynamics of the National Observatory of Athens,

with the support of the Institute of Educational Policy, organised the educational competition “Build your own Seismograph 2020” for secondary education students, in the framework of the projects “Open Schools of Open Societies” and ” School Network Alerts Citizens ” and with the support of the European OpenAIRE-Advanced project. Groups of students, in collaboration with their teachers, built an improvised seismograph and recorded the process in a presentation accompanied by audiovisual material.
